2. Cancellation Process

2.1 How to Cancel:

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the following channels:

– Via the BMS customer account portal on our website.

– By contacting our customer support team through email or phone.

2.2 Notice Period:

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the end of the current billing cycle for the cancellation to take effect. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the subscription renewing for the next billing period.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Africa-based Users:

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions: If a cancellation request is made within the first 14 days of the subscription term, a full refund will be issued. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

3.2 EU-based Users:

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, users have the right to cancel within 14 days of the subscription start date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

4. Termination by Baggins Technology Enterprises

4.1 Breach of Terms:

Baggins Technology Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription with immediate effect if the user violates our terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity.

4.2 Notification:

In such cases, the user will be notified via email, including reasons for the termination.

5. Service Modifications

5.1 Change of Terms:

Baggins Technology Enterprises reserves the right to modify the terms of this cancellation policy. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

5.2 User Agreement:

Continued use of the service following the notification of changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
