2.3 Confidentiality and Data Protection

All employees must safeguard confidential company information. Unauthorized disclosure is a serious offense that may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

2.4 Chain of Command

  • Report to and follow direction of immediate supervisor
  • Bypassing established chain of command is prohibited
  • Follow proper escalation procedures

3. Compensation & Performance

  • Based on role, responsibilities, location, and market standards
  • Subject to terms in official offer letter
  • Vary by region to reflect local conditions
  • Contingent upon meeting deliverables

3.3 Commission-Based Compensation

  • Earned only on fully realized sales
  • Subject to adjustment based on performance
  • Rates may increase or decrease based on performance

The Global HR Department holds ultimate authority over employment matters, including termination, compensation, and disciplinary decisions.
