1. IT Services Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
– Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the IT services rendered, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of service delivery.
– Non-Delivery of Service: If, for any reason, the service promised was not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund upon verification.
– Technical Errors: In cases where technical issues on our part render the service unusable, a refund will be issued if reported within 30 days of the service completion date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
– Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of service delivery.
– Services rendered as per the agreed-upon specification with no subsequent dissatisfaction reported within the stipulated period.
– Additional costs incurred by third-party service providers during the course of the service.
2. Subscription Services Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
– Cancellation within Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of subscribing without providing any reason (cooling-off period), applicable for customers in the EU as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
– Service Interruptions: If there are prolonged service outages due to infrastructure failures or unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund for the affected period.
– Incorrect Charges: If you believe there has been an erroneous charge, please contact us for an investigation. If verified, a refund for the incorrect amount will be processed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
– Refund requests for services used beyond the 14-day cooling-off period are not eligible unless specified in the exceptions above.
– Partial month refunds after a billing cycle has begun (unless under specific circumstances such as service interruptions).
– Features unavailable during free trials once a paid subscription has commenced.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund

2. Verification: Our team will investigate and verify the claim based on the eligibility criteria mentioned.
3. Refund Processing: Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Amendments
